Then you have to sit in a quiet environment. Surely you have some work in hand that you have to finish today or within a specific day. So you have to note down the list of these tasks.

One reason for doing this is that you will feel peace of mind thinking that you have noted a list of many of your tasks. Now there is no chance of missing any work.
Step 2 Is Processing
In this step, you have to take the notes of your listed tasks. Then, next to each task, you have to write down the possible solutions for those tasks. For example: on task number 1, you have exercise.
Then you have to write what you will do in the exercise. For example, 10 situps, 10 pushups. If the second task is to wish your girlfriend or boyfriend a happy birthday.

Then you can write down how to set a reminder on your mobile phone for that date, etc. In this way, you have to finish the processing stage by writing the solutions next to your tasks.

Step 3 Is Organizing

The Fifth Step Is, Do It!
Sometimes it happened to me that I made a list of tasks. But before doing the tasks, I check the Facebook notifications or messages. Once you go on Facebook, an hour or more goes by.
As a result, forgetting the list of tasks, I spend the day in a disorganized manner like before. So the last step is very important. You have to follow that list immediately after making the list.
