Once upon a time, I used to think, “I would study regularly, hang out with friends for a while, read storybooks, exercise, watch movies, etc.” “Eat that Frog” will teach you.

But I was doing almost everything except studying regularly. But I needed a solution to this. So, I adopted and tried many strategies. But I was able to find a special way.
Through which I was able to create a balanced routine. So, today I will discuss those strategies. I think it’s a major problem for many students like me, not just me.
Creating a balanced study routine. The strategy I will discuss is a very interesting technique. So let’s get to the main discussion. I made the routine like a game.
And I named this game Chocolate Day Game. First, you have to take a note or diary or to-do list. Then you have to choose the 5 most important tasks for you.

The amount of work may be less or more in your case. For example, the 5 most important tasks for me are, academic studies, exercise and meditation, blog power, reading good and fun storybooks, watching enjoyable movies or videos.
Now the second step. In this step, you have to arrange the tasks in a serial order according to their importance. After that, it should be recorded. For example, in my case, the most important are: 1. Blog work, 2. Academic studies,
3. Exercise and meditation, 4. Reading story books, 5. Watching movies or enjoyable videos. Now the third step. In this step, you have to divide the tasks into subcategories according to your preference (if necessary).
For example, in my case, the first is blog work. There are some steps to go through for blog work. For example: 1. Choosing an idea or topic 2. Researching 3. Writing articles 4. Doing SEO 5. Publishing articles.
Then the second important task. I also divide this into subcategories. For example: 1. Taking academic notes 2. Collecting information from books and internet references 3. Recording the information

4. Studying them attentively 5. Writing them down from memory in a notebook. The subcategories have to be listed before or after according to your priority.
In this way, I complete the other 3 tasks by dividing them into subcategories as needed. But here I follow the chocolate game. 5 Hidden Signs of an Intelligent Person!
Suppose you have put exercise as the first priority. You have to sub categorize exercise as needed.
Now, from the next day, you can keep your favorite food at home before exercising. In my case, I always keep some chocolate.
You have to promise that you can eat your favorite food if you can finish the exercise routine. I buy 5 favorite chocolates every day and keep them at home.
After finishing each of the 5 important tasks, I treat myself with a chocolate. Reward yourself on the days you can finish the tasks on the list.

The day you can complete them will be called Chocolate Day. This game can be made more enjoyable. You can share this idea with your best friend and start implementing the routine separately together.
At the end of each week, calculate who has eaten the most chocolates. The one who can eat more chocolates will win. The loser will have to buy a favorite chocolate for the winning friend.
But if it’s a draw, then both will have to buy each other chocolates.
Special Tips
If you want to be successful in your routines, you have to wake up very early in the morning. This will increase your chances of success.
Sleeping from 10 pm to 5 am is the ideal time. If you don’t get enough sleep, you won’t have energy. As a result, it will be difficult to implement the routine.

These ideas are discussed in the book “Eat That Frog.“ The book was written by Brian Tracy. You can learn more details from this book if you want.
