Again, the place of work changes according to the orders of the senior officer. But the New Rich people can work according to their own will. They are free to stop working whenever they want.
They can stay anywhere in the world as long as they want. And they can comfortably do their work from there. And the interesting thing is that their monthly income is not affected or harmed.

Let’s understand it better with the help of an example. One of my friend own a YouTube channel called, “Elimination.”The author says there is an 80/20 theory.
That is, 80% of the results come from 20% of causes. My friend says that at the beginning of the channel, I used to waste time by giving links on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote videos.
Then, when I learned about the 80/20 concept, I started looking. For which 20% of my work am I getting 80% of the results? I realized that those 20% causes are my video content.
As soon as I understood this, I started giving more importance to my video quality. At the same time, I stopped wasting time by sharing links.
So, in this way, I finished my first stage, that is, ‘Elimination’. Now I am coming to the second stage. That is, ‘Outsourcing’. I upload 2 to 3 videos a week.
I also have to work around 11 to 12 hours per week. This work has 3 parts. First, the script has to be prepared. In the second part, recording has to be done.
In the third part, animation has to be given. Now I have found out which of these 3 parts I can outsource. That is, the work which is easy and can be done by someone else.
I found out that script writing and animation can be done by someone else. So I outsourced these tasks. When outsourcing, one thing must be kept in mind: that the work should be done by the right person.
I kept looking and saw interest in my younger brother. I taught him to make animations using Video scribe. I explained the animation making work to him. And the rest is the script-writing work.
A close friend of mine was interested in my work. So I gave him the job of writing the script. Initially, I had to spend 11 to 12 hours a week working alone.
But now, by dividing the work among 3 people, we spend 4 hours a week.Now, the question of income might be running through your mind.
My friend said at that time, “By doing teamwork like this, positive results have started to come quickly.” Their subscriber count has also started to increase.
