You want natural life but looking at your face in the mirror and thinking, nothing will happen to me. I can’t do anything. Who will give me a job? I have no qualifications and I can’t exercise.

I have trouble getting up early. I was not born to get up in the morning. After waking up in the morning, if these thoughts come to your head after seeing your face in the mirror, then the whole day is cut off.
A well-known quote says, “As you think, so you act.” For example, how do we talk to a person who looks like a thief? And how do I talk to a person who is innocent or innocent?

Then she gave birth to a baby there. She did not have enough money to celebrate the baby. So forced to give a child to a couple. She then moved to Chicago and never met the child. Shortly after, Louise came from Chicago to New York and started modeling.
There she was introduced to an elite English citizen. The relationship between them develops and they got married. But after 5 years, the Englishman divorced Louise.
She joined the Church of Religious Science from the resentment of life. There she heard a word. The point is: “Only you can change your life by changing your thoughts.”Louise, in this thinking change, is a renowned writer, lecturer and speaker.
She then admitted that the only line changed her life. The strategies that she was able to change her life, she recorded in her book. From this book I am going to share some smart ideas today.

Smart Idea 1: Be Ready To Change Your Existing Beliefs
You must always be ready to change your own unpleasant thoughts. I can’t wake up in the morning, I can’t exercise. If these thoughts wander in your head, get out of it.
What people think will fall into that state in the future. So, before a belief is born within you, must you think that that belief is really true? Or a fairy tale? Think, if you were so lazy, could you play cricket in the intense sunshine?
Or if it is not possible to get up early in the morning, how would you wake up early in the morning? From a young age we have heard that we do not believe in strangers. But as we grow up, we have to believe in strangers.
Then it may be that any belief in the past was right for you, but for the present time it is wrong. The ability to change one’s wrong thoughts to change life is a big skill.

Smart Idea 2: Forgive Others
There are many people who cannot forget the past. They allow the past to be obstructed in the path of improvement of the present. The previous time I failed the test very badly, so it won’t be with me.
Many people are in such thoughts. There was something very bad for them in the past, so they can’t enjoy the present. The author could not forgive her parents. But then she started searching for her parents’ childhood.
Later, she forgave them. If someone gets along badly with you, talk to him quietly. Once you will find out that he was upset for some other reason. As a result, that anger has shown to you.
If you suffer from mental agony due to a problem, then some of the most common physical releases of the incident can be helpful for you. For example, hitting your pillow with a loud hit or shutting the window door and screaming in the room.
Maybe you may feel strange. But there are many people who have different rooms to control anger.

Smart Idea 3: Increase Positivity Every Day
Bringing a positive change is important for one’s life. It is a lot like sowing, which is always to be carried out so that the insects do not destroy it. The subject on which our attention is continues to grow very rapidly.
We should pay attention to our positive things. What do you want to do or what to be? Instead of what you should do now, you should pay more attention to what to do or what to do. For example, I have to exercise.
Instead of this thought I exercise, this thought must be brought to mind. You have to convert your thoughts into present tense. For example, I should be happy. Instead of this thought, I am very happy now.
When you want to practice it, the negative thoughts may be infected with your mind. Then one thing to say to negative thoughts, “Thank you, but now get out of my head”. You have to believe in yourself that you design a good lifestyle.

Whatever we do or think about all day, its effect comes directly into our body. If you start thinking about something, your heartbeat will increase. Criticism, fear, hesitation all things make our body worse.
And forgiving someone, not thinking about the bad things in the past, all things create happiness in our mind. Louise was healed by fighting deadly diseases like cancer. So she believes, “You can live a healthy life”.
Making one’s life positive is a continuous process, where efforts are needed every day. You can compare this process to a child learning to walk. Where, every day, a baby learns to walk happily after the mouth is spit.
