Morning Meditation! What are you saying? Don’t joke with me like that! I don’t have the patience for this.
You might be thinking that! But on the other hand, you are also thinking, “If my stress and tension were gone! If I could live beautifully! Then how good would it be?”
It’s a bit like putting your hand on a fire. The heat of the fire makes your hand unbearably hot. But you find it annoying to remove your hand from the fire!
Just like that, when I thought about meditation, nothing but the word “annoying” came to mind first. But I suddenly started studying meditation, watching YouTube videos.
Then I discovered that meditation is really very important for us.So, all my misconceptions about meditation have been erased now. I now enjoy meditating with pleasure.

I saw in a journal that the first step to overcoming the difficult problems of life can be meditation. So, I meditated patiently once. Then as the days went by, I fell in love with meditation.
I noticed some changes in myself that surprised me.Today’s discussion will discuss those beneficial aspects of meditation. It will also discuss how to enjoy meditation in a fun way from a boring place.

Someone asked Gautam Buddha, “What are your achievements through meditation?” He replied, “Nothing. But I have lost a lot. I can tell you this. I have lost my anger, sorrow, frustration, depression, uncertainty, and fear of death.” Now the decision is yours.
Whether to try meditation at least once. It is possible to make meditation fun from a boring place!
Step Number 1: Determine a Five-minute Routine

A problem for beginners is deciding to meditate. But due to work pressure or busyness, it is forgotten.
So, before starting this, you have to determine a 5-minute routine. In this case, it is best to have the routine in the morning after waking up or at night before going to sleep.
Don’t plan to meditate for 30 minutes at the beginning. 5 minutes is enough for beginners. Then, increase the time by one minute every three days.
Step Number 2: Determine A Quiet Or Silent Place

To meditate, you must first find a quiet or silent place. This can be your home room, the roof of your house, or inside a park.
Many people are confused about how to breathe, how to sit, etc. But in reality, these are not very big issues.
The main thing is to be able to concentrate. You may sit in any position that feels comfortable. If you sit to meditate in an uncomfortable position, you will not be able to concentrate properly.
The mind will then repeatedly remember the uncomfortable state. You can sit as you wish, but you should not lean against anything. This should be kept in mind.

Step Number 3: Do Not Accept Anything From The Outside

For this, you cannot keep your eyes and ears open. Eyes can be easily closed. But how will you close your ears? You can use headphones to close your ears. This is a primary and easy way.
The main purpose is to move away from the outside world and enter the inner world.
Step Number 4: Take 10 deep breaths

Through breathing, a connection is created between our brain and body. So, after closing your eyes and ears, you have to take 10 deep breaths, counting.
You can take breaths a little deeper than normal.
Step Number 5: Dive Into Your Inner World

Have you ever truly noticed your heartbeat? Have you ever felt what it feels like when you breathe through your nose and reach your lungs?
The interesting thing is that our inner world is much more mysterious and fun than the outside world. But we don’t realize it.
After taking 10 deep breaths, you will be able to observe a kind of sensation in your ears and heart! This is called the sound of silence.
Another interesting thing is that the more you try to hear the sound, the more strongly you will feel it. But you still won’t understand where this sound is coming from.
Step Number 6: Smile Gently

When you smile gently, strange or past thoughts may come to mind. But you shouldn’t be annoyed by this. Instead, make it like a game.
When you stop thinking about your inner world and start thinking about the outer world, you have to smile gently.
Now you may ask why should you smile gently? It’s like a game of hide-and-seek. When you smile gently, you will understand that your mind has been caught.
When your mind wants to take you to another world, you have to smile gently. Then you have to be engrossed in thinking about the inner world again.
If you study meditation, you will understand its benefits. So you should also practice meditation for at least 1 week.
I believe you will definitely like it. If it’s not for you, move on. It’s not a problem. But I encourage you to try it at least once with honesty. Have a good journey.
