Are you struggling because of “Fear Factor?” . You may think always, “What if I don’t get anything in common with tomorrow’s exam, how will I get the exam?
I’m nervous about what tomorrow will bring—my results are coming out. What will the results be? I am very scared.”

We think like this before and after the exam. We spend many days in fear. The word “FEAR” surrounds us. The full form of the word “FEAR” is, F = False, E = Evidence, A = Appealing, R = Real.
That means false evidence appears real. That is, something false or imaginary, which seems true. If you can understand this one line well, it is possible to shake off fear from the depths of your mind.
So, to say goodbye to fear, we will go deep into this line. Now, let’s get into the main topic. First, let’s get a clear idea about two things. “FEAR” and “DANGER” are two different things.
Fear is a product of imagination, while danger is truly real. For example, if you jump from a 20-story building, your hands and feet will break and you will die. If you jump into a fire, you will burn.
These are dangers. These are eternal truths. But if the exam goes badly, you will fail. The previous two job interviews went badly, so it will be bad this time too. These thoughts of yours may be true or false.
That is, currently these are just imaginations. These are called fears. It is very necessary for us to overcome these. There can be two types of fear about any subject. One is imaginary and the other is about the future.
These two types of fear have no real existence in the present time. That is, it is a psychological matter. We intentionally create fear in our minds. You might call me crazy.
Does anyone intentionally create fear in their mind? I would say, yes. We are afraid intentionally. There is a thrilling aspect involved in fear. Otherwise, people wouldn’t buy tickets or go to the cinema to watch horror movies!
It is clear that whether the fear is real or imaginary, when we face such a situation, fear settles in our minds. So what is the solution to this? People give a lot of advice to overcome fear.

However, most of them don’t actually work. So today I will share some effective ways with you. Let’s start.
Idea Number 1: Realizing The True Importance
I first faced such a situation during my secondary school exams. At that time, my parents and relatives had created such an environment for me that I felt like I would fail the exams.
Then I felt like everything was over. There was no way to improve. But now that secondary school certificate is lying in a corner of the cupboard. It is not useful now.
Although it has been used 2 to 3 times so far. I have worried endlessly about a crumpled piece of paper that is now useless. I couldn’t sleep properly at night. I have ruined my physical condition.
Yet, this body is working for me every moment. It’s a strange thing. Worrying about something that is only useful a few times, I have harmed something that is useful for a lifetime.
Yet, if I paid attention and thought deeply, what is the real value of this certificate? Then maybe I wouldn’t have had to stay up all night and ruin my health.

But no one explained it properly then. They just explained that it was very valuable. Without it, life has no value. But this was completely wrong. Because today I can realize this.
Those who explained its importance to me then probably didn’t know its true importance either. They probably couldn’t think properly.
Similarly, today you are worrying about something, fearing something, or losing sleep, which will become worthless to you after a few days or years.
Therefore, it is not wise to harm something permanently valuable for something that is temporarily valuable.
Idea Number 2: Face It
Once a man was crossing a bridge. As soon as he got on the bridge, some monkeys started following him. The man started running in fear. Then another person on the bridge said to him,” Why are you afraid?
Try facing them with courage. Then the man bravely looked into the eyes of the monkeys and shouted loudly.
The monkeys were frightened and ran away. You may have heard more interesting stories like this. But we don’t want to apply everything even after understanding it.
We must change this. Fear is just like a monkey. If you keep running away from fear, fear will engulf you more. But if you dare and stand up and face your fear, then fear will start to run away.
The best way to overcome the problem is to face the problem. For example: You are doing a job. But you are very frustrated with this job. You want to follow your passion.

But you are not doing it out of fear of the job. The only solution to this is to face it. As long as you don’t start following your passion, fear will keep engulfing you.
Once you follow your passion and look back at it, fear will gradually decrease. In any kind of fear in life, you have two options. The first is to forget everything and move forward.
And the second is to face the fear and overcome it. Now you choose your preference. By following either of these two methods in life, you can easily conquer fear.
Osho, the author of the book Fear, said a great quote,“Life begins where fear ends.”
