Before every semester exam, many chapters remain to be studied. We then imagine there are 6 months left. But How To Manage Stress While Studying?

In 6 months, we will finish 6 chapters. One chapter per month. But after studying with great concentration for a few days, it is seen that 6 chapters are still left to be studied in 3 months. 6 chapters in 2 months.
Again, 6 chapters have to be read in 6 days. But why does this happen? What exactly happens to our brain when we keep being lazy despite knowing the importance of completing studies?
Let’s find out. Reason Because Of Procrastination
We only like to do or prioritize those tasks first, which we enjoy doing, which we find pleasure in, which is comfortable to do.
For example: If you study well from now on for 6 months, the exam results will be good. My parents will be happy. But procrastination is grabbing you always.
So, you should study regularly from now on. On the other hand, the second option is that your favorite hero’s movie has been broadcast on television.

From practical life experience, most people will choose the second option. Why does this happen? Because it is more enjoyable and the result is instant.
But if the exam is tomorrow? Then how do we choose the first option? In the case of the first option, when we have a lot of time left for the exam, the brain says we have to study now.
But the mind says, there is no need to study now. There is a lot of time left for the exam. Let’s watch the movie instead. The interesting thing is that when we are stress-free, we put off work and act according to what the mind says.
But in the case of the second option, when we are under extreme pressure, we follow what the brain says.
But the sad thing is that after being under pressure, we don’t have much time left, and we get into various problems. Again, there are some areas where there is no time limit.
For example, exercising, following a diet, etc. We never feel pressure during these tasks, so we don’t follow them.
But when we are under pressure in these cases, even if we want to exercise or diet, there is no other way left except being admitted to the hospital at such a stage.
So what is the solution? There is actually one solution. This is to build a good relationship between the mind and the intelligence of the brain. That is, to create a balance between these two things.
The mind tells us to always do enjoyable and comfortable things. But intelligence says, always do the important things which will be useful to you. But both types of work are needed.
If a bridge can be built between the mind and intelligence in such a way that the needs of both are met, both are happy and both agree on doing the work.
As a result, those tasks are not delayed. Our job is to find ways to do the important tasks in such a way that there is a balance between the needs of both.
For example, let’s try to understand the previous two examples. The mind is saying, let’s watch a movie. But intelligence is saying, let’s reduce some pressure by studying.
Then you can explain to the mind like this, “Look, we will definitely watch the movie. Let’s listen to a favorite song and study a little bit. Then I will fulfill your demand!”
Again, intelligence wants to study. So you can tell intelligence, “Look, since the mind wants to listen to a song, let’s do some writing work in the notebook while listening to a song”.
Therefore, we always have to find the intersection between the mind and intelligence. Only then will we be able to move towards the goal slowly without being lazy.

Let’s review again. What are the things to do to stop laziness at any work?
Find out what your intelligence wants and what your mind wants? Find ways to work by keeping a balance between the wishes of both.
The most important thing is, start taking action from today. The famous philosopher Mark Twain said, “Never put off till tomorrow what may be done the day after tomorrow just as well.”
