Are you wasting them or building your future? you were given $86,000, which could only be used today and would disappear tomorrow. How would you spend this money?
Would you spend it recklessly and unnecessarily? Or would you buy gold with this money, so that it can be used later?
Similarly, we get 86,000 seconds every day. We can spend this time in two ways. 1. Being lazy or doing things meaninglessly 2. Learning something that will be useful in the future.
How do you use your time?Benjamin Franklin said, “Time is money“. That is, if you want to be rich, stop wasting time. What does time waste mean?

The times when we do nothing, we just waste the whole time meaninglessly. Wasting time without learning anything is time wasted.
If you hang out with friends and learn something during that time, it will not be considered time wasted. But, on the other hand, if you do good things, such as reading a religious text or an academic book.
But if you keep reading without understanding anything, that is, if you are not learning anything that makes your life beautiful, then you are wasting time.
People have 3 expectations in life: health, wealth, and happiness. Now, if any work is done to beautify any one of these 3 things, then we will never call that time waste.

So, the easiest way to stop time-wasting is to ask yourself, “Is the work I am about to do going to make my life better?” If the answer is no, don’t do the work.
Let’s look at how we waste time with an example. For example, after waking up in the morning, we should exercise to keep our body healthy.
But instead of doing that, we take our smartphones and start checking Facebook and Twitter notifications. This is even more damaging to the body.
Even if we pick up the phone for 5 minutes, we don’t realize how 30 minutes or 1 hour passes. Many people may still think that using a smartphone increases our happiness.
Does this really happen? Or does it increase comparison with others, sadness, envy, and hatred? Therefore, we can get out of this bad habit in 3 ways.
Step 1: Scheduling

The reason for picking up a smartphone after waking up in the morning is the lack of a work plan for our entire day.
That is, most of us do not have any plans about what we have to do throughout the day. Everyone wants to fulfill their dreams.
But the hard work and dedication required to fulfill dreams are not there. That’s why we can’t fulfill our dreams. Surely you also have dreams.
It could be becoming a web developer, getting a job in a big company, or building fitness like your favorite hero, etc. Now you have to decide what you should do to fulfill your dreams.
Let’s assume you will build fitness like your favorite hero. Now, you should set a time to exercise at a convenient time during the day.
For example: 8 am to 9 am. Divide the whole day according to your plan. Whenever you feel like browsing Facebook on your smartphone in the morning, you will remember from the schedule, ‘I have to exercise now’.
Step 2: Don’t Give Yourself Any Excuses

You have a schedule to exercise after waking up in the morning. But your mind is saying, ‘I don’t feel good today. I will exercise tomorrow.’ In this case, you can follow a 2-minute rule.
Tell yourself, “Even if I skip my workout today, I’ll at least do 2 minutes.” I will exercise in full swing from tomorrow”.
If you can convince your mind like this, you will be able to start exercising. If you start exercising, there is a possibility that you will find a rhythm.
As a result, you will continue to exercise.The most difficult step is to start a task. Once you start a task, the rest becomes easy. If you don’t want to do it after 2 minutes of exercise, stop.
Exercise the next day. But many people may think, what will happen by exercising for 2 minutes or doing any work? But doing 2 minutes of work is much better than not doing any work.
At least, you will be able to fulfill the commitment you made to yourself. If you continue like this, your confidence in yourself will increase.
Step 3: Observation

If we keep improving in any work, we get inspired to continue that work. So you have to try to improve the work every day. For example: if you run for 2 minutes today, you have to run for 3 minutes tomorrow.
Do 2 push-ups today, then increase it to 3 tomorrow. Even if the amount of improvement is small, it must exist every day.
This small amount of improvement will make you happy, and you will be inspired to continue the work. So, you can’t do any work without boredom.
You have to observe every day for improvement in work. If we waste time, we all give a common excuse. This is why I have no work. What can I do?
But the truth is, I don’t want to invest my talent and work hard. So I spend time scrolling through Facebook, using social media, and watching movies.
Instead, your brain will gradually lose its ability to function. And life will become unbearable. Do you know? Our brain is just like a muscle.
The more it is exercised or practiced, the more smoothly it will function. So, you must always be engaged with educational topics.
If you can always stay in a learning environment, your earnings will increase. A lot of learning means a lot of earning.
Earning doesn’t just mean wealth; rather, it means health, happiness, everything. You should learn more about the things that make life better.
Stay away from what makes life bitter; it’s the best way to avoid wasting time.
